Professional and experienced staff who are not demeaning but helpfull and patient, with the best solutions and guidance for my financial problems. They could try to make the tech side of comunicating info and group chat a little easier for seniors using a cel phone.

This experience lacked the level of professionalism I was expecting since this was a pivotal point in my life and a life - changing decision. The procedure had a playful aura to it and lacked the sincerity this monumental process warranted. Read your documents carefully before signing, I found discrepancies and asked that they be addressed and did not receive a reply. This has me worried. Then again perhaps I am overreacting and have no cause for alarm and this is the forum from which they operate?
