How can this company improve. 1. Have a customer service contactable by phone would be a great start. Tried to stop an order l didn’t need and due to the slow pathetic response l got an item l didn’t need. Recurring orders is a trap and l wonder why l hate giving these parasites my card details. Awesome products and delivery
The process was very easy and they arrived very quickly! I thought I had enough and when I checked,I didn't! Ordered straight away and the products arrived quickly enough that they didn't even miss a day! My cats seem happier and healthier on the multi vitamin and probiotic powders. 10/10 amazing probiotic …
Our 10 year old aussie has been on this probiotic for just over 5 weeks now. He is absolutely thriving on it! He finally jas a super fluffy and shiny coat, he is having very solid clean bowel movements and he has way more energy than he ever has had before. A huge bonus is that he also loves the taste and gets very excited to have it into every meal, so much so that we are giving his 3 daily scoops spilt between 3 daily meals! We are absolutely amazed by the difference this has made and will keep him on this for life.
