3 stars because the system worked, but it's stressful, especially before a flight.
Note that this is for Zeker Parking in Belgium - Parkos has a lot of lots.
You have to call them for a pick up/drop off and they don't offer a timeline for when they will be there.
The driver has three phones that ring constantly so I feel for the guys.
We had to call several times to try to understand where he was or if he was coming at all because between the language barrier (we imagine a French native speaker may have a clearer experience) and the chaos of the phones, they would sometimes just hang up without saying anything at all.
It seems like this could be easily solved with an app that tracks the driver or if they simply said x minutes as a response to the call (which is simple enough in french, english, and dutch).

A very, very bad experience
A very, very bad experience!
They did not pick us up from the airport. When I called them, they said they would be there within 15 minutes, but they never showed up. I called several more times to ask where they were, and every time they kept saying they were on their way. Still, nobody came.
After calling them around 6–8 times, they stopped answering the phone altogether or simply rejected my calls.
After a 17-hour flight, all I wanted was to be picked up as promised. After waiting for 90 minutes, I eventually had no choice but to take a taxi, which cost me €31.
When I finally arrived, nobody was there either. I had to wait another 15 minutes, and then, completely out of nowhere, four police officers showed up. They asked me whether I was waiting for someone, and I told them I was waiting for the people from this company.
About 20 minutes later, someone finally arrived. My German is not very good, but I understood the police asking questions about whether they had illegal people working there.
The whole situation felt very strange and uncomfortable, and it gave me a really bad feeling about this place. I will definitely never bring my car here again.
Luckily, I still have my car, but overall this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Very disappointing and definitely not what you expect after making a reservation and trusting a company to pick you up from the airport.

Long waiting time for my car
Easy pick up, but after our arrival it took a very long time before the car was back at Schiphol airport. We called immediately after baggage claim, they said we’ll be there in 15min but we had to wait 45 minutes. Parking by yourselves at P3 is faster.

Everything went according to what we agreed, friendly driver, on time. Very pleasant start and end of our holiday. Much much better (and cheaper) than parking ourselves in a parking garage.

Good and reliable service
Good and reliable service. We drove from the Netherlands and had the car parked for three weeks. Clear communication in advance about arrival and return protocol. Car wash as free add-on service was appreciated.
Shuttle bus on day of return is to be ordered via SMS. We had to wait quite a bit without knowing the expected pick-up time. Suggestion for improvement is to send confirmation to customers that the SMS has been received, including expected arrival time of the shuttle bus.

Canceling the reservation
I made the reservation at approximately 12:30 for my 2:00 PM flight. I arrived at the parking location in Veldhoven around 12:40, but the gate was close and there was no one to help me, so I realized it can become late and then I leave the parking space and booked another parking (Eazzypark) near the airport.
Then I tried to cancel my original reservation, but I found that it was no longer possible.
I understand that the cancellation policy normally requires cancellations to be made more than 24 hours in advance. However, in this case, the reservation and my cancellation request were less than 30 minutes apart, and the service was never used.
I tried to call, chat, send an e-mail to the customer service to ask them to hep me about that and return the money, but they are not customer-oriented at all and only think about the money and getting money from their poor customer in any case (so unsatisfied)

We would like to clarify that as mentioned in your email, you decided to leave the facility because you felt the location was too far and were concerned about missing your flight. Because you departed before the parking provider had the opportunity to assist you and carry out the booked service, the parking space was held for you and could not be refunded.
Our cancellation policy requires changes or cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow parking partners to manage their availability. While we fully understand your urgency in making your flight, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund when the service was not used due to a personal decision made on site within this 24-hour window.
We regret that this was disappointing, but we hope the payment receipt provided by our support team will help if you decide to claim these costs through your travel insurance.

The parking location was with the wrong address. I’ve almost lost my flight. Try to call and they just tell you to check the reservation (that was with no correct instructions).
I do not recommend and will not use the service again. At the end I had to pay by myself
