I really like creating videos on there. Being verified and having them take 15% is completely fine with me, but taking 20% feels like a bit much. The support has been great—they respond quickly and solve problems very fast. Overall, I really like the app. It’s a great platform for making some quick income.

I love the Posted app! I have been able to earn extra income while working a full time job. Whenever I have an issue they always work for a fair solution and there’s always deals to shoot for whether that’s CPMs or regular deals.

Brand accounts come with a free trial, and you can cancel anytime during that period at no cost.
If you decide Posted isn't the right fit, cancellation is always available, no lock-in required.
As with any platform, once a subscription is cancelled, access to the platform ends. That's standard and not unique to us.

I’m sharing this timeline and my experience to warn other creators, app owners, and marketers about the deceptive customer support and refund practices at PostedApp (postedapp.com).
I accidentally initiated a paid subscription and immediately tried to cancel and request a refund. What followed was a complete textbook example of using "dark patterns" and technical roadblocks to trap a customer:
Broken Support System: When I tried to contact support immediately after the purchase, their "Chat With Us" button was technically broken and completely non-functional. Clicking it did absolutely nothing. (I have screen recordings proving this).
Ghosted Scheduled Meetings: Since their chat was broken, I used their official booking tool to schedule a call to resolve the issue. I joined the meeting on time, sat there waiting, and their team deliberately ghosted me. Nobody showed up. (Screenshots attached).
The "New Account" Trap: Out of frustration, I created a brand new account and booked another meeting. Unsurprisingly, they actually showed up to that call because they thought it was a new sales lead.
Ignored Promises: During that call, the representative told me they "don't handle refunds directly" but promised to escalate it to the relevant team and get back to me. Weeks have passed with zero followup.
Ignored Refund Request: During the meeting, they claimed the support button was working again. I tested it, it finally opened, and I submitted an official refund request right away. It has been met with complete silence ever since. (Proof of submission attached).
I have already reported them to their payment processor (Stripe) for policy violations and dark pattern practices, and initiated a chargeback dispute through my bank with all the video and screenshot evidence.
If you are considering using postedapp.com for UGC or influencer marketing, be extremely cautious. If you ever need support or a legitimate refund, you might find yourself dealing with broken buttons and ghosted calls. Has anyone else experienced similar dark patterns with this platform?

Hi, thank you for sharing this. Our support button connects directly to our Intercom help center and has been functioning normally on our end. Occasionally, connectivity issues on a user's side can cause a page to appear unresponsive, but we're not seeing any outage on our system for that period.
On the refund: we do have a refund process in place that requires some additional account information before a request can be reviewed, this isn't a way to delay or avoid refunds, it's a standard verification step.
We'd also like to note that every brand on Posted gets a 21-day free trial to fully test the platform before any charge applies, so there's a full window to decide if it's the right fit at no cost.
We're sorry you had a bad experience. This isn't typical of Posted, and we hope this gives useful context for anyone else reading.

I've tried a lot of creator platforms, and Posted has quickly become my favorite. What I love most is that there are opportunities for creators of all sizes, not just people with huge followings.
The CPM feature is what really stands out to me. I've found some great campaigns and they are so easy to navigate, especially compared to other platforms, and creators have a great shot at getting noticed.
The app is easy to navigate, opportunities are updated regularly, and I've discovered brands and projects I wouldn't have found otherwise. As a content creator, I appreciate having another platform that gives me a chance to showcase my creativity and earn income.
