I’ve been waiting for my package for more than half months. Contacted the support, keep getting replies from AI, and finally I decided to cancel the order. Disappointed ☹️

Trust is just gone. I deleted my previous review but again I got a stupid chatbot response. Respect is just gone.

I let it go before, also received bags who were not closed properly so there's air into it. I let it, liked the company, but its all very complicated, contact, returns, etc.

The product is good, there is no doubt about it.
It was delivered to the shipping company on the 5th week after ordering. In the meantime, I ordered another one so that if it runs out, I don't have to wait another 5 weeks. I specifically asked them not to combine the two orders, because I don't know where to put it, but they combined them anyway because it "makes it easier to clear the backlog" for them. So the 5 stars are for the quality of the product, not for their attitude.

The website is well structured and easy to navigate, I used their plant identifier tool (SYBAScan) and received helpful information about the soil and care requirements for my plants, with direct links to the recommended products. I also appreciate that they share the ingredients and recipe of the soil mixes, and even encourage you to experiment and find what works best for your plants. Delivery was fast and included a voucher for my next purchase, and I was really happy with the quality of the products.

I was so happy to open the box so that I could plant my new monstera, and when I opened it I saw that there was a small bag of Coleus blumei seeds and was so happy I’m able to start growing a beautiful plant like that one.
Can’t wait to buy another type of earth for the plants to grow more green and possibly receive other wonderful seeds

I have been using soil from SyBotanica for my indoor plants for the past year and a half. It used to be sold at a local nursery, which unfortunately has closed since then. This was my first ordering online and I’m very happy with the experience. My order arrived within the expected delivery time. All items arrived in good condition. I’ve started an outdoor gardening project and ordered some products I hadn’t used previously like horticultural sand and moss. I ordered soil for my monstera and a filter pot, they came well packaged and the soil was very nice and a good amount for my growing monstera plant. I would love some tips on how to better care for my plants. I have one that’s in soil and the rest are in water.
