Due to sudden unemployment, I asked Swk bank to pause or reduce the payout for a loan for a few months. Unfortunately, they refuse to cooperate in any way. It's their right to do so, but it makes difficult to choose Swk bank for a future.
As an example, another bank gladly agreed to pause any payouts for a 6 months without problem.
