The tracker works fine but the new app cannot be synced with Apple Health even though all the information on the website says this is possible. Not sure I would have bought it if I’d known the health data couldn’t be synced. I think this is quite misleading. Hopefully future updates will correct this.

Just forgot to put an additional Information in my shipping adress they responded in a short time and helped me getting my parcel

Great service. After a blip with my order I’m very happy with how easy it has been to deal with customer service.

The service is very good. Responsive and helpful. The apex tracker however I would now only rate 1-5. I purchased it primarily for heat maps and intensity images but this part has become very difficult. Takes an age to enter details of the ground - if at all - and then the info provided is not so helpful anymore.

I reached out on a Sunday having problems with the tracker. The CS replied the day after with clear instruction how to solve the issue and what to do if it still not work. The problem was solved in between 2 days. Great service!

Customer service was excellent. Had a couple of issues with the tech side, which was frustrating but with a bit of patience and their help we got it resolved. The tech itself is very good, obviously has its place in training and analysis for all concerned but still has some way to go to becoming 'a smart device' in terms of user 'friendly-ness'.

Tracker broke and needed replacing. STATSPORT organised pick up and replaced efficiently. Would definitely recommend as the customer service is top notch.

STATSports reached out to me proactively to check whether two orders I had placed were intentional or maybe a mishap, and when I confirmed that I needed both items they merged packing and shipping and refunded p&s costs on my second order.

Very rare display of truly customer focused service, remarkable!

Now I'm looking forward even more so to receiving the gear and seeing how it performs.

The company helped me replace the tracker easily

I’ve been using STATSports Academy for a while now and it’s been brilliant for my training. It’s properly increased my interest in the fitness side of sport and helped me understand how to train better instead of just training harder.

The speed programme helped me improve my pace a lot over the last few months, and being able to track all my stats after sessions has kept me motivated. The nutrition and recovery advice on the app has been really useful as well and helped me take my training more seriously overall.

I’ve definitely noticed improvements in my fitness and overall performance since using it.

Would recommend it to any player wanting to improve their game.

My club has been using STATSports since 2022 and I got one for a Christmas present. The new updates are class and I've been able to break into the senior squad and made the county team, I would highly recommend to any aspiring player!

I've been using STATSports for my past 4 seasons of football, and it's been a great indicator of my fitness levels. The app has showed me when to ease on intensity in my training and when I could have given more. I've seen a lot of physical development using the STATSports app, especially in speed using their speed programme last summer

Good purchase, super complete GPS for this football game with various statistics/metrics, fast delivery. I was only disappointed with the pack that came with socks for a child who wears size 42. They allowed returns, but the return cost is very high. I liked the product and would buy it again. Thank you.

Love the academy app, it genuinely helps me plan training sessions for my son outside of his normal team training schedule. We use it to benchmark where he was week to week and we can see if he improves or takes a dip in form. Before, we had an idea of how he played but now the numbers show what a good day looks like, so we always try to hit these numbers in our sessions.
