No communication. Tracking items is a joke. Been “sitting in Brooklynn NY for longer than a week with no movement. This should have been here weeks ago!! As you advertise 2-4day US shipping. Not weeks later… just sitting at a facility doing NOTHING!!!

Great customer service and communication

Boots arrived and they’re clearly fake. The size is wrong as well and nowhere near what I ordered. Asked for a replacement but it was refused outright. Wouldn’t recommend buying from eliteboots.pro.
