everything sucked......communication, they even spent months making a $14000 bed I didn't order, the stuff doesn't fit right....... for $46,000........worst money I have ever spent.......almost 9 months and I still don't have a bed frame.......the bigger question is will it fit together after it is delivered........I have had to have locals rebuild stuff so the products fits together, if it doesn't I'm out $14,000....... not worth the stress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really disappointed. We spent $2000 on a floating shelf set for our baby’s nursery. It arrived a month later from Vietnam (although the website lists an address in Nee Jersey) completely unassembled and with a huge base piece missing. There were also no instructions, and no wall mounting hardware of any kind: no pegs, no brackets, no screws. Nothing. There’s also no phone number listed to call for support. Only a generic email. Don’t let the prompt emailing during initial product preparation fool you. This place is a joke.

Love my tree bookshelf. I asked for a size that would fit beside my window and the team helped with the details before making it. It fits perfectly, no awkward gaps or anything.
