I ordered from France and was a little bit worried about not receiving the order on time for vacation. order was processed very swiftly and received on the next days. prices are great too. thank you. order SF1502919. the only negative was the French courrier who delivered the package being extremely rude, but that's beyond the seller's control. who knows, perhaps Sportfit can report him ?

The product arrived very quickly and in good shape.

Clear website, fast delivery, and I'm very happy with the water filter! We're taking it with us on vacation so we can drink chlorinated tap water. It saves us from carrying lots of bottled water while reducing our intake of microplastics.

Poor Communication and Customer Service.

You have clarified nothing. You are stating incompetence and poor customer service. None of the emails you claimed to have sent reached me. All I ever received was an automatic reply that I sent a email to you inquiring about trying to fix my order . This is a fault on your electronic mailing systems and you failed to remedy this issue . I received none of the correspondence you have claimed to mention.

The time is now passed and no solution has been provided by you. Rather then getting to the source of the issue you decided to deflect it and I am now left with a product that does not fit and you are happy with my money.

You made no attempt to contact me via email. The only communication in this whole pathetic explanation is between you and the customer has been via Trustpilot.

Anyone reading this do not buy from sportsfit.de .

Great shopping experience with SportFits. I really appreciate that they ship across all of Europe and the return process is straightforward and fair. The fact that they compensate return postage with a voucher for a future purchase is a big plus. While choosing the right size can sometimes be tricky when you are between two sizes, SportFits makes the process much easier and customer-friendly. Highly recommended!

Great experience, great products.

I ordered a pair of shoes, but they didn't fit, so I returned them. It's been over a month now, and I still haven't received a refund. I've contacted customer service several times, but I always get the same response: "We will follow up on it again and ask the responsible department to process the refund as soon as possible."
Unfortunately, despite these assurances, nothing has happened so far. Very disappointing experience.
