This company is a scam. I never signed up for a subscription bit they took money out of my account twice. Finally got ahold of customer service and they said they would cancel the subscription I never signed up for. Now a year later they just tried taking money out again. They are dishonest thiefs with products that dont work like they say. They are also cheaply made and dont last long.

I ordered a spirit bracelet in February. I received it. I did not get subscriptions notice at all in March. I’ve got subscriptions for April May and June which I never agreed to. I contacted them. I was charged over £84 they took out of my account without my authorisation absolute disgrace. I have emailed them and they refunded my bank account for £24. Absolute outrageous disgraceful service. I will never buy their products again and I will not tell my friend to buy this company. Disgusting service

I bought a bracelet from here years ago and I just found out I've been getting money stolen from my account here! I would not recommend as they have taken hundreds of dollars from me

If I could be less than one star I would. This company is either billing me for purchases I never made or a subscription I never signed up for. I bought and paid for 3 bracelets but they keep charging me after those were paid for in full. I had put in a dispute claim against them with my credit card but now they're putting charges on my card again! This is a scam company, does not respond to emails and are slippery rip off artists. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

My bracelet was broken and I still get charged? Why is it every month I complain about this and nothing get fixed? Time to cancel

It is made nicely. I have small wrist. It doesn't fit me. Bummers. Maybe make it more adjustable.

The bracelet is pretty, but it took almost a month to so and although I paid in full, after seeing reviews about multiple charges and having to fight with the company, I checked my bank statement and site enough I was charged 3 different times in a span of a month

Hello I love the bracelet it's very beautiful. The only issue I encountered was that I took the knot apart not knowing that you have to adjust the bracelet to your wrist. It didn't come with instructions so I didn't know but they're sending me a new one with no cost so you can't beat that! Can't wait for my new one to arrive! ☺️

Ordered two bracelets one for me one for my boyfriend. Didn’t think he would like it. He won’t take it off!! It is a very good looking bracelet and glows in the dark. Very happy with the purchase

I haven’t had mine long and it’s already broken and I haven’t been able to receive any good fortune like it says I should be able to manifest and I haven’t used tried and nothing. I wore it everyday in hopes that something good would come my way and it didn’t.

Everything went great! Got my order already, and its paid in full. How ever, got another payment taken out of my account today! Waiting for the customer service team to refund it!
