Ordered a Spiral TexMex cookbook and received immediate notification of order placed. Next day message saying preparing for shipping. Nice, Unfortunately that was the last communications I received. Over a span of three weeks I sent enquiries for status and updates with no response. Finally called bank and canceled/protest payment.
Meantime ordered and received the cookbook from another source.
Still no response from Viralverse.
I ordered a book from them related to Dimension 20's Starstruck Odyssey series. After several months of 0 indication of me ever receiving my order let alone it shipping I received an email stating the order was cancelled and no refund was to be issued. Three months have past since the cancellation email and I have yet to get a response from them nor have I gotten my money back.
