I didn’t get the coffee I ordered due to a shipper issue
Customer service was slow to respond to emails (2 weeks)- Perhaps due to a technical issue?
I kept getting review requests in my email so I thought, I’ll give it a try.
However, Andre reached out to me and remediated the issue right away once review was received. Sent me an extra bag of a coffee I ordered but,
unfortunately, the Demello’s Butterfly kiss I primarily wanted/ordered was sold out by this point.
Sometimes things come up. I appreciate the step forward made. Looking forward to trying my order!

Great Roaster, Quick Service
Company with wonderful, economical, and different coffee from the world. Great service - was able to receive my orders in record time and any concerns were quickly answered. The coffees are better than what is in a retail store and this is one company that deserves repeat ordering.
