A change in your website caused me to lose sight of the order in process. I received no email with confirmation or tracking. I had to ask.
When delivered, I was an item short. Again I had to ask only to find out it was backordered. ETA 1 month. That is not acceptable. I have a business to run too.

I'd give zero stars if I could
I'd give zero stars if I could. Somehow you screwed up two orders of 1,000 bags each by canceling them both. After 20 minutes on the phone with customer service "Bill" who couldn't tell me why the orders were canceled, I was assured my order had been corrected. It was not and I was charged for both orders. At the very least I should have received a discount for ordering 2,000 bags as the website states. Very disappointed and will look elsewhere next time. You wasted my money and time.

Great product but high shipping cost I…
Great product but high shipping cost I thought. Package came right away but I'd like the option of less shipping cost and slower delivery time. Packaging looked like it had been previously shipped. No damage to the contents but one package was torn open at the corner and just missed damaging the merchandise.

When placing orders online our system automatically populates the ' best way' method, so we try our best to offer good rates just sometimes prices do tend to go up a bit.
