Great value and easy ordering process. From order to delivery it took a week to Melbourne Australia. There are a few parts of the process they can improve to instill more trust that they are a legitimate business but I'm happy to say everything was genuine, good value and handled very well. Thanks!

£23 for delivery for a gasket delivered to the UK? No chance. You have to put all your contact details in to find out your delivery cost. Seems dodgy to me.

Part turned up reasonably quickly and was exactly as described. Online ordering was very simple. I will use this service again.

The customer service is very good

I have processed about 15 orders with SPARETO so far. While their delivery is as fast as advertised, some items arrived looking different from the photos on the website, and some had different countries of origin. There was also an occasion where they missed a small part. They did not ship it separately either, but instead told me they would include it in my next order. They never mentioned about it next order I had made. Once I have received wheel bolts that clearly matched the model on the packaging label, but the actual seat size of the product was different, making installation impossible. Even after having a mechanic verify this, there was no guidance on a refund. Instead, I just received a message stating that the products are manufactured in China and that all other bolts are the same. This makes it hard to trust the products they sell. Considering the international shipping fees I paid, the 5-7 days of waiting, and the fact that receiving the wrong item completely ruined my scheduled maintenance, ordering from them involves too much risk.

Spareto processed the full refund with Wheel bolts issue after all.

Honesty the alternator i bought for my Mercedes w163 270 cdi was advertised as Lucas made in Denmark. The one i received only had a Lucas sticker on it and a fake Bosch inprint into the aluminium cast same as the original. Nowhere mentioned that is Made in Denmark as advertised
This is glorified Chinese 150 pound rubbish . Very dissapointed this time around.

So a part I bought failed after 3 months . So after many e mails they responded . So told to send it back Cost to me £36.00 They had it back 2nd June 2026 . Since then not a word and e mail not a thing . I have sent ??? emails and still nothing. So no refund for either the part or my postage !!
I would advise anyone to avoid this company as their service is appauling !!!! isn't it ARTUR !!!!!!

Order was easy and delivery service was great

Did not know about Spareto so was a bit suspicious before ordering 4 Bosch throttle bodies. Arrived in due time and items appear 100% legit, so nothing to complain. I think people can buy there with confidence
