dony touch these guys, parts been over 4 weeks and still stuck at destination airport, supplier very unhelpful and washed their hands of it.

Ridiculously long “handling time” before even being posted. Then when it finally arrives I find out it’s not coming from the UK and I have to pay £150 in import fees, none of which were mentioned on the ordering page.
Customer service has been very rude throughout with a “I don’t care attitude”

Great prices for European parts, heaps of orders from them! only had one issue with shock absorbers missing dangerous items datasheets for customs. customer service refunded me then sent it again under new order with the paperwork. overall shipping is slow but prices are great.

This shop acted as a better intermediary than the official store, which is the primary supplier of spare parts (Volkswagen original parts). Manager Sergey responded quickly to my questions. Many thanks for your help and professionalism! Wishing you success!

I have been a beer for quite some time, and hard to find euro spec parts are available, a reasonable price and very extensive brands to select.

I've been dealing with this company since 2018 and I've never been disappointed with products, service or communications. Serge they replacedhas particular been very good. A few years ago I had the unfortunate incident where I received an Air Filter that was damaged by customs on opening the shipement, this was no problem with cars245 they replaced the product free of charge and freight free.

Great website, part choice & prices. However, communication is slow, takes longer than others to ship and sometimes ship packages with incorrect invoices (sum on invoice differs from actual price).

I’ve been ordering parts overseas from Cars245 for likely going on a decade or longer … that’s how good their service is. Too bad import duty charges have gone up so much, but I’m still willing to order parts from this company due to their experience with locating hard to find parts for European vehicles, especially for versions of vehicles that are rare. Whenever I have a question, Sergey and other personnel from this company have answered inside of one day or within two days usually. I like their order method. I like the format of the order page on your own personal profile orders list as it shows progress with each order. Also, if there’s a cancellation by the company due to lack of availability, etc., they usually let you know within, would say, approximately three days which is fine with me and then they automatically start the refund so you don’t have to worry about trying to request a refund. Businesses like this are extremely hard to find these days and their ability to get the type of parts that you need for European vehicles is extraordinary, to be honest with you. I am very particular about businesses when I order online and this company does its best to satisfy the customers needs. I will continue to order through this company! Prices are fair and even shipping is really not all that bad. I like the fact that they have several shipping options from their location to US locations. Cost is. reasonably priced.

Have been doing business for 10 years and always received great products and support.

I am a frequent customer from Cars245, I like the way they take care of fragile parts like headlights, tail lights etc. by protecting the parts for damages during the transportation. They have a lot of very good aftermarket brands to choose from for several brands of cars. And also they offer original parts at excellent prices from dealers like Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, etc. The shipping prices and times are excellent too. And the communication is always good. There are some things that they can improve:
1) It would be very helpful to have a VIN direct entry to search for parts for the brands of vehicles covered by them.
2) Improve the time to get the aftermarket parts to be dispatched, some times they show 4...7...10 days to be available. When it shows a maximum of 3 days I decide to buy from Cars245, but if it is longer I buy from another supplier that usually has a higher price, but faster availability of the parts.
I apreciatte the excellent service from Serge, Sergejs, Constantine and all the Cars245 team!!! Blessings.

Cars245 is great, I ordered many times in the past. But for us that lives in Brazil, its impossible to buy without a lower value on invoice. We pay more than 100% in taxes.
I stopped buying months ago because of this.
If we could select an lower value on invoice box, i would return buying.

On the past 10 years I’ve been buying almost everyday and all I have to say is thanks a lot for solving all my doubts and every normal situations during this long but satisfying time .
