I had such a good experience here! I was helped right away and met three really sweet ladies who gave me great advice tailored to me and explained everything I needed to know about my appointment. I had an appointment at 2pm for my 2nd…
I had an appointment at 2pm for my 2nd DP4 treatment at the Ajax location. I was informed that the appointment didn’t show up on their end as AI made my appointment (as I showed them the text confirmation of the appointment). They were able to book me for 3pm at the Whitby location. When I showed up there, they were so kind and apologetic about the error and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment with Olivia. As a gesture to my inconvenience, they gave me a 15 minute red therapy session post my micro needling session. Olivia was so thorough and explained in detail step by step what she was doing and applying on my skin. Thank you Whitby Skin Vitality for rectifying the appointment mishap and your kindness and professionalism with this error!
