Not really an experience but I’m giving a review on the quality of women’s sketcher tennis shoes . I just feel that they just don’t add up to other tennis shoes . The only thing I like is how light they are . They are extremely over prices for the comfort ‘ quality and support . When I walk the balls of the bottom of my feet actually burn when done walking . They are definitely not worth $100 spend your money on another shoe and the bottoms of the shoes wear outsoooo fast soooo disappointed 😏😏😏😏😩😩😩

I have been a loyal Skechers customer for several years and own five pairs of their trainers. Unfortunately, three pairs have developed holes in the memory foam insoles within a year, including one pair that had relatively little wear. This has left me questioning the durability and quality of the trainers, particularly given that they cost around £60 a pair.

I contacted Skechers customer services and was asked to provide photographs. This involved a considerable amount of time and effort, as I had to take and submit multiple photographs of each affected shoe from different angles, as well as provide proof of purchase.

Despite this, my complaint was rejected as normal wear and tear, and initially no refund or goodwill compensation was offered. I explained that I had experienced the same problem with multiple pairs and asked whether even a small goodwill gesture could be considered.

I was eventually offered a 25% discount code towards a future purchase. However, I don't feel this is an appropriate resolution when my complaint is about the quality and durability of products I have already purchased.

I am genuinely disappointed because I had previously been a big fan of Skechers and trusted the brand for comfort and quality. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my view, and I won't be purchasing Skechers again.

If you are considering spending £60+ on a pair, I would recommend thinking carefully about the durability and how the company may deal with you if you experience a problem after purchase.

I'm really disappointed with the service I've received.

I placed a reorder for a UK size 9.5, but you've sent me a size 10 instead. This is now becoming a joke.

To make matters worse, the original pair of 9.5s were actually closer to a size 10.5, which is why I had to go through the hassle of arranging a return in the first place. I don't even own a printer, so I had to spend part of my only day off going to the library just to print the return label.

Now, after all that, you've sent the wrong size again.

This level of service is simply not acceptable. I'd like this resolved properly without any further inconvenience. Please let me know how you're going to fix this as soon as possible.

I purchased a pair of Skechers slip‑in golf shoes and was initially pleased with the comfort and convenience. However, after wearing them around 15 times, the heels deteriorated significantly. This level of wear is completely unacceptable for golf shoes at this price point.

Over the last two months, I’ve contacted Skechers several times seeking a resolution. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to receive a satisfactory conclusion or meaningful support. Based on both the premature deterioration and the lack of customer service follow‑through, I would not purchase this type of shoe again.

Do not buy a pair of sketcher shoes from the store or from their website. It takes three weeks to get your money back. I was told my money would be back in three days but it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ll get different shoes from somewhere else.

I order lots of trainers from Sketchers and NEVER have they asked for a signature before. All of a sudden an attempt was made to deliver by UPS and a signature is required, no missed you note left either which is just unacceptable, obviously I wasn’t in because some people WORK for a living! I am absolutely infuriated by this, why are you requiring a signature now!

The inner soles don’t last! Poor value for money. Why can’t you get new inner soles

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, did not get delivered as promised. Tried to call customer service phone number but it does not work . I think I just got scammed , only wanted one pair of shoes but they offered me a second pair at 1/2 off so I accepted there offer. To good to be true, if you are not going to ship shoes, offer them a discount to scam more money. Sad you can not trust a big company like this. I live in a small beach town so I have to drive 2 hours to a city with a shoe store, but I guess the drive is better than getting scammed by Skechers shoes.

I bought Skechers shoes and after 3 weeks they tore and they say it's not a manufacturing defect!!
In short, you should know that there is no warranty on Skechers shoes because nothing is considered a manufacturing defect...
And there is no one to talk to!!

Went to Sketchers at Dalton Park outlet, my son ( adult) wanted a pair of leather shoes to walk to and from work. Audrey who served him was so patient, bringing him various shoes from lace up slip ons and finally a trainer type, her excellent customer skills, patience and understanding were appreciated as our son has unusual feet. Then my brother in law he wanted new trainers again nothing was a bother he was sorted quickly. I spotted a lovely pair of sandles in the ‘Bob’ range but they did not have my size however Audrey phoned around and found Metro Centre had a pair in my size in, they price matched Dalton Park I got them £20 off original price. ( price matched) Great value wide range for men women and childrens shoes trainers, slippers too, lots of styles and modern. Will definatley go to Sketchers at Daltin Park again

Sole came off shoe after 9 months. Sketchers could not have cared less. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere.

Bought a pair of shoes in the Aurora Illinois store. About a week later I decided to wear the shoes and halfway thru the day I noticed that they were 2 different shoes. I had thrown the box away. I live almost 3 hours away from that store so I went to the Davenport Iowa store to see if they could help me and was told they couldn’t accept the return because I didn’t have a box!! It’s not my fault that the other store didn’t check the shoes. And I take blame for that too for not checking. But the person helping was rude and saying out loud that they were going to get dinged at their store and wasn’t happy about me bringing the shoes there. He said all this while every customer in the store could hear what he was saying. After all that I got my refund. But he made me feel bad for bringing the shoes back. I have worked retail and I would never make someone feel like he made me feel!!!!

We recently visited the Skechers store in Poole while spending some time in the area for the first time.

My son was very excited to come in and look at trainers, and we were fortunate to be helped by Ali. We wanted to take the time to say thank you because he made such a positive impression on us both.

Ali was incredibly kind, patient and supportive throughout our visit. He took the time to help us find the right shoes and made my son feel really comfortable and valued. We never felt rushed, and it genuinely felt as though he cared about making sure we had a great experience.

As first-time visitors to the area, it was lovely to receive such a warm welcome. We came away talking about how kindly we had been treated and how much we had enjoyed our visit.

Ali is a real credit to your store, and we wanted to make sure his excellent service was recognised. Thank you for making our visit such a positive one.

The manager at Sketchers Warrington branch is misleading customers and denying them their rights under the Consumer Rights Act to return goods. Is this Sketchers policy?

Lyndsey at the Colchester shop was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will have to see how they wear etc.

Mens melton sneakers worn once and top seams split on both sides of one shoe and starting to split on other shoe, total rubbish. Returned through Amazon

I don't really know why people rate sketchers low. But, for my experience, I received my parcel with such great quality. From the driver to the box, I am really happy. One thing, Im not quite happy is that the app doesn't remind me when parcel is out for delivery.

I bought a pair of shoes from sketchers online. The parcel was returned to sender and I have proof but they refuse to refund it. I wish I could attach the proof here. It’s so terrible and they don’t answer calls.
