Fast delivery, clear order process and high quality product.

It has been over a month since I returned the shoes, and I still haven’t received my refund. The waiting time and lack of resolution have been very disappointing. This was my first time ordering from Skechers, and unfortunately it will also be my last. In the future, I’ll be using alternatives like Zalando or Boozt instead.

I like my shoes so much. Ordering process was smooth.

Great products and service. Had to return too large sized shoes and the process was simple. Will surely shop again.

Ordering and delivery took much longer time as expected and there was no updates during shipping. Only one message when product arrived-

Sneakers are great! Packaging is a bit too much, felt like i use too much dead treas there.
Have concern about Matkahuolto delivery company: didn't like their service at all. They delivered it to the locker that was located in an unconvinient place and also i spent 15 mins trying to get my parcel out of locker. Totally sissatisfied with delivery.

Insgesamt war ich bisher mit den Schuhen von Skechers immer sehr zufrieden.

Leider musste ich mich aufgrund einer Produktbeschädigung an den Kundenservice wenden.
Nach nur anderthalb Monaten löste sich die Sohle seitlich am Schuh. Für mich ein klarer Produktionsfehler/Qualitätsmangel.
Enttäuschenderweise erhielt ich keinerlei zufriedenstellende Hilfe vom Support.

Das trübt mein Bild von Skechers sehr.

Overall, I’ve always been very satisfied with Skechers shoes.

Unfortunately, I had to contact customer service due to a product defect.
After just a month and a half, the sole came loose on the side of the shoe. To me, this is clearly a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Disappointingly, I received no satisfactory assistance from customer support.

This has really tarnished my opinion of Skechers.

While desiring an airy summer sandal that allows for as natural foot and toe movement as possible yet needing more cushioning than barefoot sandal has I had almost lost hope. I thought the heel drop would be a problem but to my surprise this one ticked all my boxes. The drop feels almost like no drop at all, I never felt my feet get tired in these and they proved fitting with many more outfits than I thought. Come fall I had to secure a second pair for the next season, to not need to protect my first pair even though it’s hardly changed at all despite daily wear for summer months. Only I want to wear this sandal to even more occasions.
