Did not go as promised
I bought same shoes (but different look) as before in same size as my older pair. They didn't have the correct size in the shop so we had to order them. I was promised they'd be at the shop in 1 week.
Delivery took 2 weeks and when they finally came, the shoes were too big though they were supposed to be the same model as my previous shoes. Also the shoes that they ordered was broken by the laces.
I did find suitable shoes and bought them, however these new pair seems a bit off and poorer quality than my previous shoes. I'm quite disappointed because Skechers has been my go-to brand for 8 years and now for the first time I'm a bit skeptical.

Stylish but uncomfortable shoes. The design lacks ergonomics and puts pressure on the upper heel and Achilles tendon, especially noticeable while driving.

14 day delivery period is way too slow compared to any other online service. If that is your standard, please tell it before the purchase. Customers are used, maybe even spoiled, because most companies have great and fast logistics. Kindly!

False size shoes were sent even customer notified about it immediately
I noticed false size shoes immediately in the order confirmation and contacted the customer support. Still the delivery was sent and of course then returned by me. Based on the documentation, I have to wait about one month for the refund.

Best brand of shoes for my large feet. Great comfort and arch support on every shoe.
I loved that you can buy new products from the brand online store and have the shipping and return free if you subscribe to the newsletter (so you can return if the size or the fit is not suitable for you). Very happy with it.
I love the winter boots and the basic trainers the most!
