Can't whip egg whites

Hi, I wanted to bake a birthday cake and bought a Simplex slim hand blender because a conventional handmixer was not available. Unfortunately it could not whip the egg whites. I assume it might be more suited to chop things up.

⭐ 1-Star Review — Charged $101, Crypto Never Delivered & No Support Response

Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

I purchased $101 worth of cryptocurrency through BitPay using Simplex / Zero Hash. The $101 was successfully debited from my account and shows as a completed transaction, yet I never received the cryptocurrency.

Simplex’s own payment-status page shows the transaction stuck as “Pending Payment Details,” even though the money was already taken from my account.

I have since sent more than 10 emails and opened multiple support tickets trying to resolve something that should be incredibly straightforward: either deliver the cryptocurrency I paid for or return my $101.

I have received no response whatsoever.

This is particularly concerning for a company handling financial and cryptocurrency transactions. If you can debit a customer’s account immediately, there needs to be an accessible support process when the purchased crypto is never delivered. A customer should not have to repeatedly email and open tickets just to find out what happened to their money.

At this point, I am out $101 with no cryptocurrency and no assistance from customer service.

I strongly recommend avoiding Simplex / Zero Hash until they can demonstrate that they actually respond to customers and resolve failed transactions.

1 star — and only because Trustpilot doesn’t allow zero.
