Simplysours Gummies ~ adequate padded packaging arrived on time. Not left in direct sun or thrown in mailbox or it would have been a jar of goop. Pleasant enough tasting. Bought 3 jars so ask me how they worked then.

Their website advertised a 30 day. money back guarantee. When the product arrived, i found it contained 3 sweeteners including Malatol as the primary sweetener which is known to cause diarrhea. Having health issues I cannot use the product and requested a return label to send back the unopened, original packaged products. This was within 2 weeks of purchase. They responded by saying since my product was not damaged or incomplete, they don't refund money. Their guarantee CLEARLY STATES: "Your satisfaction means everything to us.  If you're not completely happy within 30 days, we'll refund your full purchase, no questions asked." I objected to the ingredients which I cannot consume, within the 30day window (Ordered on 8/16/26, and sent my request for return 9/2/26) and am being told no refunds unless damaged or incomplete order.

Bruce I'm not even kidding had to have been the most responsive support person I've ever encountered when purchasing a product online. Not only did he cancel my subscription within 15 minutes of me asking, he refunded my last order AND gave me 20% off my future purchase.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Tony over the phone and he was easy to deal with.

I don't like how the subscription works. When I ordered the first time I got 5 bottles. That was enough for 5 months. Then the auto ordered another 5 bottles in a month. I like the product. But not how the subscription works. I need to be able to go in myself & change how it works. I do have it paused for 10 months now. Another thing it takes a really long time to get the first order.

This is a scam,this product has nothing on the package about fermented for 365 days, nothing about leaves and fruit and there's absolutely nothing saying it came from Simply Sours and they continually send you monthly supply at a cost double than the first order even when you chose the one time option it is nearly impossible to get it canceled unless you are smart enough to use your debit card where you can cancel that card all together where they cannot take any more of your money, It may be a temporary inconvenience to cancel card it will be well worth it.This company needs to be put out of business.

Shadiest experience ever!!! Their Auto subscription model is completely corrupt.... On the day you email 8x to try and get your subscription canceled and the responses they send make no sense at all.... They you call to process the cancelation that works but low and behold you take a peak on your CC statement that day and they charge you again.... Ironic you try and nail your customer one more time!!!! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

It take soursop vitamins every morning. I know there very good for you. It improves mood, more energy & most of all if you value your health, this is the one to take & any problems customer service are amazing to deal with you can cancel / Anytime

Avoid Simply Sours. They kept my financial information and attempt to charge me 39.00 every month despite multiple emails and calls to stop them. I threw away Simply Sours; it’s nothing but glycerine water, sickly sweet, spikes blood sugar. Zero stars !

I've purchased dozens of supplement products online before but nothing came close to the packaging of Simplysours. They even included a handwritten note with my order.

They have been very helpful in taking care of my subscription. I recommend soursop from here!!

I tried repeatedly to cancel my order and kept getting product delivered to me. Every time I emailed the company to cancel the order, I got the runaround and a response back that I didn't understand the detail of the subscription program. I finally called today and hopefully got this subscription canceled. Definitely do not recommend this company. If I could give a zero Stars I would have.

The taste is much more pleasant than I was expecting.
