Avoid Simply Sours. They kept my financial information and attempt to charge me 39.00 every month despite multiple emails and calls to stop them. I threw away Simply Sours; it’s nothing but glycerine water, sickly sweet, spikes blood sugar. Zero stars !

I ordered a “new” 8x10 wool rug from Rugsource. The rug arrived quickly and was well packed. However, once opened the rug didn’t seem new. The borders appeared stained perhaps by having been stored in a damp environment over a long period, with some areas looking dirty gray rather than light blue ..as represented in the photos online.
Center field had areas along where it had folded were also discolored. The company offered a refund for the rug but not the pad nor the insurance which I had opted out of but was charged for anyway.

Customer service is non-existent. Ordered a coat (340.00) by overnight shipping. Item was never shipped. No one answers call. Automated message directs to an online form. Tabs for forms don’t work. Emails go unanswered. Stay away.
