Don’t order a SIM card from “Simon mobile”; it’s better to buy it from “O2” and here’s why. I ordered a SIM card on October 23 but 3 weeks have already passed and I still have not received my SIM card. although they said that they would deliver in 3-5 days. and when I wrote to them every time they said that they would deliver in 5 days. and last week they even said that they had registered me a new SIM card and would deliver it in 3-5 days. I believed them again. Well, a week has passed and still nothing. I already bought a SIM card from O2. But you know that already during the registration process they took all my data and visa card data. I think they are scammers. And this is all real. I just wish that people were not mistaken like me.

I just moved to Germany and was happy to register with this mobile provider. few hours after registration I got email that my order is cancelled with no explanation why. So if they don't try to explain why, I'm not going to be bothered to ask why and simply register with competitor!

I got a referral link from my friend which was supposed to give me 2 months for free and some bonuses for him, but when i switched they say i didn’t use the code! I sent them the link and they keep repeating it’s not registered that you used the link so we can’t do anything! Very good experience for the first week of using your services! I would’ve changed without these added bonuses but when you say there is gonna be bonuses and then don’t deliver…

I ordered eSIM and received email to access esim data. When I entered my date of birth the link shows an error. Customer service is only in German and they are not responding to my emails!!!!

SIM not delivered!
It's been almost 2 weeks and no sim delivered. Instead, they activated only eSIM, which I never asked. I asked to share the tracking number if they have posted the sim but no response! It was a mistake porting my number to SIMon. They don't understand how important a phone connection. I'm not getting any phone calls or OTPs or SMS. I am going to terminate the connection after this week. Just giving them this week too to deliver the sim.
Edit: They delivered the SIM after 2 weeks of starting the contract. But for activation again it took 1 day.

Amazing for cheap
Its an amazing service for a really cheap price. Constantly got upgrades ever since I joined. I now have 2 GB extra for 8.99 and now have 5G. The downside is that the mobile app is really bad and often doesn’t open

Beware of Hidden Charges
Guys, truly disappointed with the service. Hidden charges which can leak your pocket 5-6 times other companies. I have been recommended by my friend for using their service. I got charged 50 Euros for Nuxxx charges and another 7 Euros for Verbixxx charges which are not part of my contract.

SIMon mobile made the transition from my previous mobile provider easy and quick in spite of hurdles and intentional delays that my previous provider.
I am very pleased with SIMon Mobile's Customer Service who are polite and enthusiastic to help whenever I called and needed clarifications.
I highly recommend SIMon mobile to anyone looking to change their provider for good Customer Service, reasonable monthly rates and server quality. It will soon be about 8 months and up until now I have had no issues to complain about and am totally satisfied.
I have two contracts with SIMon mobile.

Best and cheap internet and telephone service in Germany
As an expat in Germany I am using Simonemobile service for more than one and half years really I enjoyed the service with low cost 9€ for 12GB monthly and you can use it in all European countries Supper and highly recommend
