Cool towels
The product arrived fast. Within in a few days ,but the towels don't stay cold for me that long. I was a little disappointed but I wouldn't say dont buy them. Maybe that's just my experience.

Unable to track it on the app or even see the order, and I have submitted a complaint.
I am unsure what my next step is. Am I entitled to a refund as I can't afford to write this substantial amount of.

Requested a return and the retailer…
Requested a return and the retailer agreed, however they have failed to send me the return address by email. Going to chase this further through PayPal. I believe I am being given the runaround in the hope I'll give up. Read some very negative responses for ShopOnTV. They are just a marketing company and they do not provide any after sales help.

I’ve just put it down to buying a Scam product online which I have never done before. And will never do again.

Publicising and partnering with Vintage…
Publicising and partnering with Vintage Cash Cow (VCC) is not a good shopping experience. Shop On TV make very bold statements about the service offered by VCC, which unfortunately do not hold up. VCC claim to use expert valuers to carefully value your unwanted items in order to maximise the value of your unwanted items - this is unfortunately untrue. There are many, many unsatisfied customers who have received below par and insulating valuations, including myself, that has made this exercise a complete waste of my time. I feel as if I have been conned/scammed by VCC and I will never use or buy anything from this company ever again.

I love Blue and Pink Magic
I love Blue Magic, and I got replacements as I was running low on stock. I also got the Blue Magic Wipes.
I then discovered Pink Magic so I ordered the pack and Pink Magic Wipes. I will not use anything else for cleaning my home, car interior and trainers. The products arrived promptly in excellent condition.
Shop on TV is really easy to order from and the presenters are all really informative, knowledgeable and friendly.
