It's impossible to withdraw earned money.

First, for months they pretended that the problem was due to a bank account change on their side that was difficult to handle... LOL

Now that I have changed my bank account on my side, it's impossible to confirm it in order to retry to get my money; the confirmation email is (intentionally ?) buggy, so the button to confirm the account points to an undefined address.

"Jacky" (an AI ?) always respond the same thing, "your money is not lost, it is secure on your shopmate account, blablabla". But if you cannot withdraw for months, it makes no difference if the money is "securely" blocked on their account for months or is totally lost. At the end it is the same for the end user.

If all these problems had last for a month or so, I could agree it was simply unprofessional on their side. But the fact it lasts for months, simply means my dear Jacky that you are a scam.

I used this provider to earn cashback on a banking contract. The cashback was credited to my account, whereupon I initiated a withdrawal. Unfortunately, the funds were returned by my bank. I informed Shopmate's customer service, and they assured me that they would transfer the money to my account again. To this day—two months later—however, this has not happened, and I do not believe they ever will. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but I was repeatedly given nothing but the runaround. Nothing has actually been done. I have never experienced anything like this with other cashback providers.

Meine Auszahlung hängt jetzt seit fast drei Monaten fest. In 10 Tagen sind es wirklich drei volle Monate. Ich habe dem Support inzwischen über 20 E-Mails geschrieben, aber am Ende kommt jedes Mal nur dieselbe Standardantwort zurück. Keine echte Lösung, keine klare Erklärung, einfach nur Hinhalten.

Irgendwann kann man das nicht mehr als normales Problem oder technische Verzögerung bezeichnen. Für mich wirkt es inzwischen so, als würde Shopmate Auszahlungen bewusst verschleppen.

Wer überlegt, diese Plattform zu nutzen: Lasst es lieber. Spart euch den Stress, die Zeit und die Nerven.

Please be very careful with Shopmate. Honestly, I would stay away from this platform completely.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal for almost three months now. In 10 days, it will officially be three months, and they still haven’t solved anything. I have sent more than 20 emails already, and every single time I just get the same copy-paste replies with no real help.

This is not how a serious platform treats its users. At this point, it feels like they are just delaying withdrawals on purpose and hoping people give up.

I am honestly extremely disappointed and angry. I would strongly recommend avoiding Shopmate.

I dont understand why is there so much positive reviews from bots…cash out doesnt work more than 4 months and bots trying to do like everything works just fine
