Slow and intransparent. If you are looking to buy a present, don't do it here! The product doesn't matter if it doesn't come in time. The app is also terrible. I am so mad at myself for wasting time and money on these not dependable bastards!

Orered two designed Tshirts with a simple font in 2 sizes.

Received 2 plain t-shirts with no included design. Two BLANKS. For 35 Euros. I don't understand how this is possible, they were a present too. And now the recipient has to return them, what a mess.

I ordered from the Irish website.
It ships from Germany and it was shipped very fast. I placed my order on the Friday 24/01, the item was shipped on Sunday 26/01, and I received it in Ireland on the 31/01.
I got a design printed on the 'Unisex Organic Oversize T-Shirt Stanley Stella S/ Black' and I think the quality of the t-shirt is amazing. It's a thick and durable fabric and has a cozy oversized fit. Highly recommend this specific shirt.
The printing was done perfectly, the image is clear and the colours are vibrant.

I ordered two t-shirts. One was perfect but the other was a tight fit on me. When I contacted customer service to ask them about exchanging it for one size bigger they issued me with a voucher for the cost of the t-shirt so I could order a new one without incurring additional expense.
I thought this was a very nice gesture. I will definitely be shopping with this company again in the future.

Amazing speed of placing the order and getting the finished product in my hands. I designed the logo myself and very easily placed the logo on the t-shirt and mug. Already had a chance to wash the t-shirt, the lettering is alive and looks great. I recommend them to everyone - they are awesome guys.

This experience caused me a lot of nerves and still is not closed. The website is excellent, the order process is rather easy. But this is actually it. All benefits are over. I placed an order last Thursday. The website message promised to deliver by Tuesday. This was actually the main point WHY i decided to work with this company. My order is big - 36 hoodies in different sizes. The total payment was rahter height - above 1000 EUR.
Silence on Friday, silence on Monday - the status on the website - my order requires internal approval. I sent 3 emails requests - no responses, I called and it turned out that there no needed sizes and they were not even going to tell me this. Just silence. I told that they can do a replacement for the missing sizes. And then it started - we will ship tomorrow, no we can't ship tomorrow, two more hoodies are missing. We will ship 34 huddies today and two more tomorrow. It was yesterday
Today I received an email we failed to do the shipment yesterday and today and MAY BE we will be able to do it tomorrow. Most likely you won't receive it by Christmas. ...
I'm speechless. I'm so exhausted with all this unprofessional customer approach

I ordered a personalised t-shirt in a size small for my daughters birthday. Although there was a problem with the delivery( the courier’s fault) Shirtinator responded quickly, replaced and resent the t-shirt still in time for the birthday. The t-shirt was good quality and the photo and print was also very good quality. Overall I was very happy with my purchase and so was my daughter.

Ordered shirts size SMALL and the shirts are HUGE. So big that we can not wear them even though its written small.

It's been 2 months that I have ordered and paid for t-shirts and never received them. No reply from the shop, no reply from customer service. Unacceptable experience.
