Horrible servicio!
Horrible servicio. Dijeron que habian entregado mi paquete, y no recibi nada. Y encima, no ponen numero de telefono en sus emails, asi no es posible ponerme in contacto con ellos para investigar la ubicacion de mi paquete. Intente de mandarles un email, pero el unico email notado en su informacion no funciona. Ahora tengo que esperar una semana para una investigacion por parte de la compania que me mando el paquete. Terrible experiencia. No recomiendo este servicio por nada.
Service was so horrible, that I feel the need to write about it in two languages! This company says that my package has been safely delivered, and received by me. However, I have received nothing, despite being at home all day. Where is my package? I have no idea! The company does not list a phone number on the information they have sent me, so I can´t even call them to enquire about the whereabouts of my package. I tried to email them, but the email was returned to me with an incorrect address. Now I have to wait a week for the whole disaster to be investigated by the company that sent me the package. Very disappointing. I definitely would not recommend this terrible service to anybody.

Terrible ! Not the first time.....
Sending sent a confirmation email of package being delivered but I have not received it at all........How can it be a confirmed successful delivery if they have never came to deliver my package ??? This happened another time before with Sending and I had to write/call to CS of the seller and they resent me the package.....
