Charged £70 for £26 tickets. Essentially £40 as a fee for them booking tickets on the official site.
Very misleading as the URL is very close to the real one and they've paid for placement on google search.
Will not refund, terrible customer service - should not be able to operate as a business.

I booked a ticket with English guided tour and they sent me a ticket with French. We could not participate obviously on the tour since we don't speak French.
Also I booked for 14.30 and the ticket was for 15.30
The website is heavily promoted and appears before the official site in Google search results, with a design that gives the impression it is an official Sagrada Família website.
In reality, it resells tickets purchased from the official site (sagradafamilia_org) at a significant markup. For example, tickets that cost €26 officially were sold here for €45.
In addition, there is no option to book the tower visit. To visit the towers, you must purchase another ticket separately for an additional €36, resulting in two separate visits and a much higher total cost.
Overall, this is an unnecessary and misleading intermediary. Buy tickets directly from the official Sagrada Família website.
