Advertising is mis leading states billing for manual is paid for when completed and customer satisfied however when contacted directly told manual must be paid for prior to review. No one pays for a product like this without having seen the completed project.
The consumer should not be required to pay your overhead prior to work completion.
Then proceeds to hang up when she doesnt like the questions.

Kimberley is correct, as of 2018 our company does require pre-payment to begin the work. It is also true that at the time of her inquiry our web site did state that pre-payment was not required. We have made updates to our web site to clearly explain our new billing policy. We feel that our billing policy is in-line with other service providers in this industry and do not believe there are any services available to have this work completed without pre-payment. We would never hang up on any customer and can assure that this did not occur. Ever though Kimberley never placed an order and was not a customer we still appreciate her feedback.
