They never specified that they were dropshipping from China. The only option to do a return (which they say is free and they provide the return label for) is to email them (on a gmail account??), and they then don't reply to your email. Avoid, they're bad news.

Do not buy anything from this company if you think you’ll need to return it. They completely ignored my request for refund after a ring didn’t fit. I followed all of the protocol explained on their site.

If there was minus stars I would definitely give them!!! I bought my daughter a ring for her 40th back in August her finger went green in less than a week I emailed them straight away and on several occasions I’ve still not heard anything back the phone number is” under maintenance”

If I could give them a zero I would. They do not respond to email requests for returns and their phone number is “under maintenance.” A complete scam.

Sootherings have not responded to my many emails over 3 months requesting a refund on a ring that broke within a couple of weeks.

I ordered a fidget ring for my daughter for her birthday as she suffers with anxiety and fidgeting really helps. The description of the ring said there was an element that you could spin but on receipt no part of the ring spins so I e-mailed the company to ask to return the ring. I have had no reply so am unable to send it back and get a refund.

I have emailed 3 times. No response.
I ordered a ring via my phone, when pressing on the link to go straight to checkout it added a different size to the one selected. I noticed this after I paid, I have tried to contact them to sort this, sort a return, sort an exchange anything but no response. I went back to the website to see if it was a mistake I made but it did it again, I choose a size and pressed to go straight to checkout and it was the wrong size again. I now have a ring that’s the wrong size. I want a refund. I have requested this. I have had no response.

Recently bought a ring for my daughter, received it & within minutes of putting the beads on they fell off, the ball at the end doesn’t connect properly or screw on!
Emailed, messaged via website & fb messenger to no reply….id recommend to avoid this just incase it happens to anyone else!!

Terrible service!
Ordered a ring for my daughter to help with her anxiety, and had it less than a week before it fell apart.
I’ve emailed and messaged the company, to receive an automated reply saying they will respond but they don’t.
Their phone lines are conveniently out of use. Their Google review permission is disallowed, so their advertised reviews are presumably fake!
Avoid this company! Scam.
