I am shocked that anyone has had a good experience with this company. After two very frustrating months dealing with their terrible customer service I have come to trustpilot and saw that another person wrote a one star review and had almost the exact same experience that I did with receiving a defective drum. Being in the USA they told me to ship the defective drum back to them (for around $135). I am supposed to just have faith that the replacement "Made In China" drum arrives and is correctly tuned. If the replacement drum arrives and is in tune my $259 drum is now a $394 drum and there is nothing special about their drums which you can purchase for a fraction of the price elsewhere. Their online advertising is absolute perfection in what they have you believe, if only their drums were as good as their advertising.
It was a hassle-free shopping at their website.
I received this as a gift and unfortunately this is unusable as a serious instrument. It sounds like a tin and one of the tongues doesn't even produce a clear sound.

I ordered the 15 tongue drum in C and a book of music to accompany it. The instrument arrived but not the book of music. I left the drum for a few days on a flat surface to settle before checking the tuning. It was a D-major drum. When I wrote to the company, they were insistent that I had been sent a C-drum and the fact that the letter D was clearly printed on the underside was irrelevant. I responded with images and details of the tuning. I was then sent an email at 9:33 pm on a Friday telling me that I would have to return the drum at my own expense, made no reference to the missing book and no apology for the problems with my order. I was told that I could have a 20€ refund on my order if I replied that day.
The instrument is very nice, but it is not what I ordered and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
