Please do not buy from this company they take your money and don’t deliver sofas been waiting over 3 months now without sofas . There is no direct way of contacted them apart from stupid live chat which is a load of crap They will tell you all sorts but your sofas never arrive and when you ask for a refund it’s ignored

Unacceptable service and endless…
Unacceptable service and endless delays. We ordered a sofa worth over £1,000 on June 25th, and as of September 4th, we still have not received it. Every time we contact customer support via live chat, we get vague responses and are told to wait longer with no actual update or delivery date. Had we known the delivery and communication would be this terrible, we would never have spent our money with this company. Avoid if you expect reliable delivery times or competent customer service.

0/5 ⭐ THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER - I BOUGHT ELSE AND GOT THE SOFA IN 7 DAYS

Bargain Sofa promised 21 days for delivery. It never arrived.
When I asked for compensation for the delay, they CANCELLED my order without my consent.
Their excuse on Trustpilot that I "refused delivery" is a LIE. I never refused. I have all the emails as proof. I wanted my sofa + compensation for their breach.
COMPANY IS A JOKE.
Last Tuesday [26/08/2026], I ordered a NEW sofa from another company in Europe because Bargain Sofa canceled mine.
Today is Wednesday [02/09/2026] – A WEEK LATER – and my new sofa is ALREADY IN MY LIVING ROOM.
So other companies can deliver in 7 days, but Sofa Bargain can't deliver in 24 days and cancels orders when you ask about your rights?
AVOID THIS COMPANY. Check their 1-star reviews – same story.

We understand that you were disappointed by the delay with your order, and we acknowledge that the original delivery timeframe was extended by a few days. This was communicated to you, and we worked to provide a revised delivery date at your request.
To resolve the matter, we had already offered £50 compensation in addition to the £50 previously offered, while also arranging a delivery date for you. However, you subsequently requested written confirmation of a further £250 refund as a condition of accepting the delivery.
As we were unable to agree to this additional compensation, we could not reach an agreement on the terms for proceeding with the order. At that point, rather than leave the matter unresolved, we cancelled the order and issued your full refund immediately.
We therefore want to clarify that your order was not cancelled simply because you raised your concerns or requested compensation. We attempted to find a resolution and provide the sofa, but ultimately could not reach an agreement regarding the additional compensation you required as a condition of accepting delivery.
We regret that we could not reach a mutually acceptable outcome, but we believe it is important that the circumstances surrounding your order are accurately represented.

I want to warn others about my…
I want to warn others about my experience with Sofa Bargain. A few months ago, I placed an order with this company and paid in full. They failed to deliver my order on the agreed date, so I cancelled it and received a refund. Shockingly, two months later, £750 was taken from my bank account without my authorisation. I have evidence to support this. This unexpected withdrawal caused me serious financial difficulty and affected my ability to pay for car insurance and other essential bills. Based on my experience, I do not trust this company. I strongly urge everyone to think carefully before sharing their bank or payment details with them. If my £750 is not returned immediately, I will pursue this matter through the appropriate legal authorities. Please be careful
