Extremely disappointed with Smileie! I went through three sets of aligners and was repeatedly told to continue treatment. On my last set suddenly I was told I wasn’t a fit after getting approved the first time for the aligners. When I asked why I wasn’t told this in the initial approval (November 2025) I was never given a clear answer or why this wasn’t brought up in the approval. Customer service was extremely disappointing and I am now dealing with gum issues and teeth that are worse than when I started. Definitely not worth the money especially now having to spend way more money fixing the issues caused by treatment!!

Placed an order on July 2, 2026 item wasn’t shipped to my address, company stated needed another delivery address to which I cannot have items delivered to. I requested a refund as of today’s date September 5, 2026 still no refund. Have been told multiple times it would be refunded within 7 to 10 business days days wait the days and nothing email back then they have issues with their financial processing will refund next week and send a confirmation which I haven’t received. Now I try and contact them through the 1-800 number and it goes straight to voicemail. No emails back.
This company is a scam. They do not care about their customers. Do not purchase from them they will take your money and stop responding to you.

Arooj Sibtain is the professional who took special time to assist me with the process of being fitted for aligners from Smileie. I found extreme difficulty in accomplishing the steps to form my 3d design and teeth molds solely alone. I was about to cancel the treatment plan until she stepped in like a ray of sunshine and uplifted my efforts and coached, assisted, and guided me throughout the entire process of completing the steps to correct my teeth. She is a rare gem formed with kindness, patience, and cutting edge skills. She is like a teacher, a coach, and a therapist. She always says the most positive words making you feel warm, comfortable, and welcome. Arooj is the epitome of the perfect professional. I wish I could put her in my back pocket and keep her with me throughout the day! She is a valuable asset to Smileie. I would recommend not just to my friends and family, but to everyone everywhere, that Smileie is the best place and first place to go to get your teeth done. I found the people at Smileie very knowledgeable and helpful. When I lost my retainers, they were able to replace them at a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

I decided to pivot from doing Phase 2 Invisalign through our orthodontist to Smileie because of the significant difference in pricing—and what a savings it has been! Since my daughter already knew her way around aligners, this seemed like a great choice for us.

We were excited to get started, but it turned out the mouth liner wasn't fitting correctly for her to get a proper impression. Smileie provided great customer service, worked with us through the issue, and is sending us the correct smaller aligner so we can get started with the impressions.

So far, I'm extremely impressed with the customer service and how responsive and helpful the team has been. We’re excited to continue the process and look forward to seeing her new smile!

I was struggling to get a proper impression made. Here to find out I have a smaller mouth and needed smaller trays. They scheduled a zoom call with one of their drs and sent out smaller trays for me to try. My zoom call was wonderful. She showed me step by step how to get a proper impression and was so kind and patient. With her help I got two sets of impressions and sent them on their way!

This is just based on doing the impressions today, but the experience was very good. I did the zoom call with Dr. J. and he was very helpful. My impressions came out much much better than when I did it myself. He explained each step well and he was friendly and patient.

My experience with Smileie has been extremely disappointing to say the least, and I would not recommend this company. I purchased my aligners in August 2025 and followed the treatment exactly as instructed. By the eighth set, my bite was no longer correct—my back teeth were not touching and I was having difficulty chewing. Smileie sent me a second set of aligners, which also did not resolve the problem, and I even tried a third set. After months of communication, delays, and promises to correct the situation, I still did not get the results I was promised.

Unfortunately, the customer service has been just as frustrating as the treatment. I have repeatedly had to chase them for responses and answers, and communication has been slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful. I ultimately requested a refund, but I still have not received my money back—and I am still experiencing the same terrible customer service. What should have been a simple process has turned into months of frustration, wasted time, and money. I sincerely regret choosing Smileie and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.
