Extremely disappointed with Smileie
Extremely disappointed with Smileie! I went through three sets of aligners and was repeatedly told to continue treatment. On my last set suddenly I was told I wasn’t a fit after getting approved the first time for the aligners. When I asked why I wasn’t told this in the initial approval (November 2025) I was never given a clear answer or why this wasn’t brought up in the approval. Customer service was extremely disappointing and I am now dealing with gum issues and teeth that are worse than when I started. Definitely not worth the money especially now having to spend way more money fixing the issues caused by treatment!!
