You place the order (I was careful to look for the subscription trick a lot if these companies go) couldn’t see anything about subscribing so thought I’d safely ordered my one order.
A month later I get a notification to say my order was being prepared for shipping!!!!
Also £63 pending from my account 🤬
I immediately contact NUFLOS and my bank.
NUFLOS say I subscribed by accepting the offer price.
They actually subscribe you without you ever knowing.
Then when they are challenged they show a generic order (I saw this from another reviewer) without your personal details on.
They manipulate your order to subscribe you. That way you won’t have a leg to stand on as they make it look like it’s been your doing 😡
AVOID LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT THIS COMPANY IS : A disease that sweeps through people’s bank accounts!

I bought from Nuflos but kept on…
I bought from Nuflos but kept on forgetting to take my two doses a day. Then I read in the accompanying leaflet that I should check with my GP as I am on perscribed heart medication which might not agree with Nuflos. So I emailed the company, explaining the situation and received a very quick response recommending cancellation of the subscription and a refund on the bottle I already had. I'd already cancelled the subscription anyway but to be advised to do it showed a good customer relations approach I thought.
While writing I feel I have to say that I've been caught several times by the new 'subscription' trick used by many on line retailers these days. I now read the small print when I send away for something. The details regarding subscription are always there but often well hidden. I sign up for whatever I want to buy then a few days after it has arrived I spend time going through 'my account' on the retailer's website to cancel the subscription, usually found in some dark corner where you'd least expect it to be, under 'manage subscription' then, once found and having initiated the cancellation process I am bombarded with offers trying to persuade me not to cancel. I keep choosing the 'no' option which is usually in tiny letters under the big, bold 'please continue with my subscription' option, or similar, until the magic words 'subscription cancelled' comes up. And that's all, persistence pays off, but the main thing is not to forget to do it otherwise the unwanted parcels will arrive and money will be taken. Bit long-winded but I hope this helps.

Too early to comment on efficacy of this product. What is very wrong though is the apparently disguised opt in for repeat orders. Like many I have fallen foul of this trick. Payment was taken. It was too late to cancel the follow up delivery because it had already been dispatched. Shop with them very carefully. I still do not know how I somehow agreed to a subscription.

Buyer Beware
I purchased Nuflos Drops believing I was making a one-time purchase. A couple of months afterwards, I discovered that my order had been treated as part of a recurring subscription.
I contacted customer service immediately and requested that the immediate order be cancelled and refunded before it shipped. My request was refused, with the explanation that the order had already entered processing. I cancelled their subscription immediately.
When I disputed the transaction, the company provided a generic screenshot of their website showing a bundle selection. However, the screenshot did not contain my name, email address, order number, transaction ID, or any information linking it to my specific purchase. In my opinion, this did not demonstrate what I personally selected during checkout.
My experience left me disappointed with both the unethical customer service and the way my concerns were handled.
I would encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to carefully review all checkout details, including any subscription terms and bundle selections, before completing their order. I also tried their product with no signs of any wellness benefits, so now left with five bottles of wasted product to be binned.
Plus an ongoing dispute in the mix, in fact this dispute has been ongoing, both through their email system and Paypal, it still is not resolved. BUYER BEWARE

My experience is that I ordered once for one bottle, that I received and was charged for that bottle. Then, later, I learned that I had another (unordered) bottle being charged for and it was subsequently delivered. I submitted a cancellation request on the website along with a request for an email confirmation that I would not receive nor be charged for unordered follow-on bottles.
