I experienced first-class customer service with Cellumove. I ordered the wrong size due to my own mistake and thanks to customer service staff Kemuel and Bulad, I was able to get new sizes that fit me perfectly. The leggings fit well, are comfortable and could be worn 24/7. I will definitely order more soon.

I PURCHASED 2 PAIRS BEARLY A MONTH AGO WITH PRIORITY SHIPPING WHICH TOOK NEARLY 2 WEEKS LOL. Not worth the money

long story in short
long story in short: I had a bad experience with the order. It didn't reach etc. Than I got support with the costumer service of cellumove. The first person was not solving the problem, so I wanted a refund because I had no believe anymore that the package will be ordered. But than Chris took over. He was clear and to the point, his actions made difference. He gave updates about the tracing and than after a little bit waiting a new order reached. A lot of thanks to hero Chris;)
The leggings fit very well and are comfortable. About the effect I can tell more after I used a while.

Not as advertised
I bought these to smooth my legs out and bring relief to my varicose veins as the adverts said that's that they do. Well they do that when you are actually wearing them. However after over 8 weeks of wearing them for 8 hours a day they have made absolutely no difference to the appearance of my legs.
The quality isn't great either I bought 4 pairs at the same time and within 8 weeks one had come apart along the entire length on the inner seam and another had been plucked causing a ladder across the bum area.
So they do not do as advertised and the quality isn't great. However I will continue to wear my remaining two pairs as they so provide support for my varicose veins when on long walks.

I bought 2 pairs but when they came i realised I'd bought the wrong size.
One email to Cellumove and 2 other pairs where sent out for me and they didn't charge me !! It's was a complimentary deal with them.
Fantastic service.
Oh and my legs feel so much better and smoother. Will definitely be reordering and getting other colours.

Hi I ordered two pairs of Cellumore Leggings in black once they came I took a pair out of the bag and first I thought No way are they going to fit but i tryed a pair and to my amazing now I love them ( Now if you wanted to you could wear them under your trousers 👖 like a pair of tights because that's what I do and not only good for your legs but great if you have a sore lower back problem And when I get home I can take of my trousers and still have my leggings on there nice and comfortable best 👌 and if you have a problem get on WhatsApp I spoke to Dani very helpful

Don’t bother
It took about 3 weeks for these leggings to arrive, to be honest I’d given up on them! But arrive they did 😁
They just felt like cheaper/ thinner GymShark leggings, but not particularly tight or stretchy.
I’m a size UK 14 and ordered XL.
I put them on, with no issues, then sat down to put my shoes on and they split right down the seam of the inner thigh!
Please don’t waste your money on this rubbish! Social media tells lies, a lesson learned and £50 poorer 🫣

Avoid if you expect customer service after they have your money
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cellumove. The product itself was disappointing, but the customer service has been even worse.
I purchased leggings which, when they arrived, were significantly thinner than I expected, uncomfortable to wear and smaller than anticipated. I contacted Cellumove to try to resolve the issue.
They offered me a 30% refund to keep the leggings. I explained why this was not a satisfactory resolution and, rather than simply demanding a full refund, I offered TWO reasonable compromises:
• 50% refund with no return required; OR
• A full refund if Cellumove covered the international return shipping and waived the €30 restocking fee.
I have tried to be completely reasonable and have made every effort to resolve this directly.
The problem? They simply don't respond.
I have now had to chase them repeatedly, and I am still waiting for a proper response.
I am honestly fed up with chasing a company for a response to a straightforward customer service issue. How many emails does a customer have to send before someone actually takes responsibility and responds?
This has been dragged out unnecessarily for weeks when it could have been resolved with one proper response.
Instead, I am left repeatedly chasing and receiving no substantive response.
Cellumove: customer service shouldn't mean ignoring the customer until they eventually give up.
I would still welcome the opportunity to resolve this directly, but after the amount of time and effort I have already spent chasing them, my patience has understandably run out.
Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before ordering from Cellumove if you are outside their home market and may need customer service or a return.

It is not UK based the products come from China!
They do not communicate with customers when there are issues and they make returns impossible!
The quality of the products are not as advertised and the writing on the leggings is cheap stick on.
The legging roll down at the waist and the material is of poor quality.
Don’t get ripped off like I did… give them a wide berth.
The offer of return and refund is not true they say it would cost too much to send back and offer 1/3 of what was paid for the crap they sell!
Very disappointed customer.
Follow up as company requested I have emailed them with order number etc and got the same reply - offered 30% of cost paid, I again requested the return address but still waiting. They definitely don’t want any returns!
