I ordered 2 expensive boxsets from them, They packaged then together in one Media mailer package was their first mistake, it was to small for 2 boxsets to safely ship. And to make it even worse they failed to tape the ends. So the weight of the boxsets pushed open the end dumping out my order. I lost one boxset due to this negligence. And so far no answer from their terrible customer service online form. Since there is no direct way to contact them. And I am a small retailer, and had already sold these box sets. And because of this stupidity by them to not do their job to put a piece of tape on the package, I loose 150 euro in profits and lost a good customer. Thanks for damaging my reputation and business... And get back to me.. I want a full refund. for the whole order. To compensate me.

Disappointing Experience

My order arrived one week after the album was released, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the packaging used for shipping vinyl provided very limited protection, and as a result, the most expensive item in my order — the box set vinyl — arrived damaged in multiple places.

Given the value of the order, I expected much better packaging and care to be taken when shipping such a collectible item. I have submitted a complaint/request form to have the issue resolved, but at the time of writing this review, I am still awaiting a response.

Excellent products, reasonable prices and a very solid artist catalog!!
The shipping was a bit slow, but all the ordered merch is perfect.

I really do like nuclear blast products and I have shopped with them quite often. The one thing you do need to improve on is this when a release date is shown is to maybe put in the description that the item ships on that date and please allow upto 10 working days to arrive after this date, as trolling social media this seems to be the main grip and people think release date is this and it will arrive on that day.
Another issue is when shipping outside of the EU please can you put an invoice on the outside of the packing as customs and duty had opened my package and when the box arrived at my end ( after paying the duty) I was a bit concerned that my items would have been damaged after they made a really poor effort in sealing the box, whist this is not the fault of nuclear blast themselves if an invoice is put on there for customs and exercise there would be no reason for them to open the box.
Apart from that I will say this is one of the best merch companies I have had to deal with.

I'm really happy with the prices and the great range of products available. My only downside is that I live in Australia, so the shipping costs are higher than I'd like.
Over the years, I haven't needed to contact customer service very often, but on the one occasion I did have an issue, the response was prompt, and the problem was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

I ordered a short sleeve military shirt. I was sent a long sleeve one , in the wrong size. I would have been happy to return it, but because it wasn't faulty ,I was expected to pay for the return postage. Sorry but you made the mistake not me. I can't risk sending it back and getting the wrong product again.
