No point having great choices if a 45minute episode takes 4 hours to watch. Seriously is this subsidised by taxpayers? Buffering, glitching, stopping, is there anything it doesn’t do? Oh yeah … work like any other streaming service

Unable to refund
After cancelling the subscription they were unable to refund my money and was told to go through my bank, which is a crazy request to make from your customers and should only be used in exceptional cases.

SOOOOO many times they put up a series of movies, you start at the first one and then they take away bunches of movies but keep the first there. They say a movie has another 7 days so plan a night with your man with popcorn and suddenly the movie is gone and there is shit replacing it. And they the flying f are you now starting with the LGblahblah bullshit that nobody wants? I will happily cancel my subscription just like I did netflix over this. No more propaganda please, we are all sick of it.

I usually watch with a browser on a media player, when horizontal scrolling through the schedule all stations spins like a mad coin slot machine on every step, terrible choice to make something 'shiny'.
Completely unnecessary and unwanted to have this stupid behaviour.
Its a TV streaming service not a online gamble game.
I ask support how to cancel this spinning gambling behaviour but they never responded to it.

terrible app
terrible app; doesnt count correctly what you have or havnt seen, sometimes comes in some infinite loop of loading and also internet connection errors: i need to connect to netflix first every day and then i can also connect with nlziet. this is the only app that has that problem its not the tv. if it would be a free app: no problem but paying for an app that is technically ridiculous. It works but there are always problems. Shame there isnt a better app (or let me know if you know a good one for dutch television!)
