Scammers
Scammers! I have used this website for the past year or so and it’s mostly been ok. Deposits often don’t work and games sometimes freeze or crash but generally ok. Then I made a withdrawal request 4 weeks ago which was declined. I live chatted to find out why and they accused me of multiple chargebacks on my card from December 2025! I have not made any chargebacks. I have provided bank statements and screenshots of specific payments and a letter from my bank confirming that no chargebacks have been made on my account to anyone. They then provided me a list of (45!) transactions numbers that I had done chargebacks on. I provided these to my bank who confirmed these numbers do not exist.
4 weeks on and still no further forward. Just keep being told to wait. It’s £475 of my money they are withholding. I’ve provided multiple pieces of evidence and they have provided none! So bad!

BEWARE ninewin having major problems at moment with games namely pragmatic was playing buffalo king megaways i had feature spins got to 900 pound with 2 spins left and if froze unable to log back into game it wont load ive not got the 900 as feature not finished i keep contacting them keep getting told same thing its not resolved yet with pragmatic its now 10 days they still not fixed it so best stay away from them until they sort themselves out

I find it very difficult to deposit, it will decline payment when you have enough in your bank, it depends on their third party who takes it. Another factor to take into consideration is that the withdrawal takes from 48-72hrs to be processed, I’ve not had any of these issues on other sites I play on. Customer service is pretty good though.

Unfair suspension and withheld balance
Account suspended without warning after nearly two years as a customer, despite always gambling responsibly. They claim “concerning activity” but provided no clear explanation.
Most concerning is that they are holding my £52 balance and refusing to release my own money to my bank account. A 30-day suspension was imposed, and my reasonable request for a 7-day break was ignored.
Very disappointing treatment of a long-term customer. Responsible gaming should not mean withholding customer funds.

After 9 months and lots of time wasted, I’m still not further to hearing the reason why Ninewin wouldn’t pay my €24000 in winnings (and then deleted my account). I was fully verified, so they can’t say they didn’t know where I was playing from. So what was the reason?? I paid for a service, they offered the service, but ultimately didn’t hold up their end of the bargain when it came to paying up.
Moral of the story folks, don’t trust this shower!
Reviews keep getting deleted so will be reposting to ensure they stay up.
No doubt Trustpilot will remove this. They side with Ninewin everytime. You only need to read all the ‘positive’ reviews to see this. Look for the verified ones - there you’ll find the truth

Missing withdrawal and deposit
Missing withdrawal and deposit, sent in two months of bank statements and site says the withdrawal was paid out successfully on their side but banking evidence shows that it has not been received having to jump through hoops but still will not resolve the issue.
