Demanded more money left me hanging had …

Demanded more money left me hanging had to pay for other recovery truck to go and collect my car complete waste of time guy on phone was very unprofessional and said that I have already made a claim when the policy just started.still will cancel policy.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review, I can see from the policy details that we were unable to provide assistance under your breakdown cover as you were within 24 hours of the policy been taken out. when selecting a start date for cover online this limitation is advised and forms part of the terms and conditions.

We offered a paid service as we always look to offer assistance if someone isn't covered under their policy.
