Amazing customer experience!
Amazing customer experience. I ordered for the first time and went to pickup the next day. The company emailed me letting me know I paid for transport packaging, and they asked if I wanted a refund, even though it was only CHF1. I will definitely be using the company again.

my experience was and always is excellent with Niasha. The only thing I don't understand is why they now charge an insurance in case the package is lost. That should already be insured with shipping, which is already paid for. But other than that, everything is excellent.

This option is actually not "new", we used to have 2 additional "Anti-Theft" shipping options, which as well as the shipping protection ensure, that your order will only be handed to you in exchange for your signature. Should you not be home at the time of delivery, Swiss Post will leave a yellow slip in your mailbox with which you can collect your order at your local post office. Package theft and loss are not insured, neither by us nor by Swiss Post, if the package delivery is electronically proven with Track & Trace. Should your parcel get stolen once delivered, only your household insurance is responsible for a possible refund. Package loss, theft, and damage during transit by Swiss Post, however, is fully covered by us, no matter which shipping option you are selecting. We hope this clarifies your concerns.
