I ordered almost CZK 4,000 worth of products. The package arrived two months later, without any explanation whatsoever from the so-called “seller.”

Of course, the products turned out to be fake. The shower gel and cream, which were supposed to have a tropical scent, absolutely reek of chemicals. I was honestly scared to even touch them.

The same goes for the Rhode Glazing Milk — it smells absolutely awful, and it was obvious that the product had already been used. There was even a hair inside the cap. In fact, all of the products appeared to have been used before, and some of them were almost empty — for example, the Rhode blush.

So yeah 😅 I basically fell for a bunch of scammers. I have no idea who is behind this or what kind of substances they are pouring into these containers — for all I know, it could be something toxic. I would honestly love to have the products tested somewhere, but unfortunately, the company claims to be based in Switzerland, which makes them very difficult to trace.

So, in short: this is a HUGE SCAM.

I ordered Rhode products from this website without first checking reviews (which was very dumb). It took several months to receive the products (without any reply from customer services and after also having to pay extra custom charges) and, now having received them, it is clear that all products are fake. Do not buy unless you want to get scammed!

Slow but promising

Do not buy anything. I’ve placed order, paid quite amount and after 1 month and many emails received only few products from the order.
It’s a scam. Avoid.

Wow its supper love it

I bought the Rhode Glazing Milk from their web shop as a gift for Christmas. I have never received the order. I have tried to reach out a lot the past 2 months but never received a message back. This is a scam. Do not buy from them: you will lose your money and your mails will be ignored.

Horrible!!!! I never received the order and try to contact them few times no answer until i contacted Klarna to inform them that i didn’t receive the order then i got mail from socialwizard.be to cancel chargeback immidiatly if not they gonna proceed with a debt collection process.

It’s a scam! They sell counterfeit products.
Bought Rhode glazing milk and it’s obviously not the original: texture and packaging are off.

They sent me the right produkt, but not the right shade and now the site is UNAVAILABLE so I can't speak with customer service, and what I ordered was a Christmas gift to a friend and the color is not even close to the one I wanted to give her!😡😡 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

Ordered for 130€, after 1 month no delivery. No reply to mails, customer service not available. By phone no answers.

Never received the products after almost 3 weeks and do not get answers to my emails. Wish I had seen all of these reviews before. Also their Instagram account looks extremely fake. It’s a scam, do not buy from this website!

I ordered Rhode products from Let’s Glow via letsglows.be on 14 November, shipping to Belgium. On their Belgian site they clearly say they ship directly from Belgium with no customs fees.

However, my parcel was sent from outside the EU and Bpost is asking me to pay around €30 in extra customs/import costs before they will deliver it. This was never mentioned clearly at checkout and is the opposite of what their website promises.

I contacted Let’s Glow by email and via the contact form on their website and received no reply at all. No explanation, no solution, nothing. So right now I’m stuck with a parcel being held by Bpost and unexpected extra costs, and the shop is just ignoring me.

This feels very misleading and unprofessional. I will not order from Let’s Glow again and I would strongly advise others in the EU/Belgium to be very careful before ordering here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. No customer service, doesn’t answer mails, waited a month to get my package shipped and had to pay customs charges even though the website clearly states that this wouldn’t be the case. Btw I still have not received it after paying customs.

Ordered €100 worth of products on november 6th. Immediately after ordering, i received an email and after that i heard nothing from them anymore. They're not answering my emails and the number is out of use. I honestly still have hope, but i would just save the trouble and pay extra to not have to deal with this.
