Most of the orders were good, but the cuticle clippers weren't sharp enough to cut the cuticle, they just keep pulling on it. And apparently its impossible to reach Nailster by email since its been a week and I still have gotten no response.

The colours are actually more vivid and intense when you use them irl
I’ve had the pleasant surprise to notice that the colours that I ordered from them always look much better in reality, and the texture is actually smoother and easier to work with than it looks.
