I have ordered my product months ago. I have not received it yet. i have sent 20 mails, lately Nora does not even answer back the mails. This is pathetic

I am still not whether they are extremely unprofessional or total scam !
It’s weeks I am waiting for my product to arrive from the Netherlands to Belgium !

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with Nora Skin was very disappointing.

The products did not meet expectations, and after using the cream I experienced a burning skin reaction and irritation. Communication throughout the process was slow, and instead of a practical solution I repeatedly received low partial refund offers (10%, then 20%).

What concerned me most was the return process. Customers are expected to return products internationally at their own expense, while products must still remain in near-perfect/original condition and are subject to inspection and possible refusal. In practice, this makes returns feel unrealistic and financially risky for consumers.

I also noticed that the final “20% refund” amount processed did not correctly match 20% of the original order value.

Additionally, after researching the products further, I found visually identical/unmarked items online from China for significantly lower prices (around 5 times cheaper), which raised further concerns for me regarding pricing and product sourcing.

Overall, the combination of slow communication, repeated low refund offers, return risks, and product quality concerns left me very dissatisfied with this experience.

I strongly recommend that consumers carefully research the return conditions and reviews before ordering.

Sells products from China (Temu) for 5 times the price. Don't buy.
