The order had a scent
The order was perfect. However, there was an overwhelming smell of Henna or the essential oil used in Henna. It was very over powering on all the books we received.

Islamic studies- KG and step 1 books…
Islamic studies- KG and step 1 books are pretty much the exact same. Step 1 book is black and white so I don't understand why the company charges close to $16 for it?
Also, although it is their fault making two book with pretty much the exact same content, they refused to cover the shipping fees for the return.

Terrible Return Policy
I’m very disappointed with the return policy. For such a large company, I expected a much more reasonable and customer-friendly process. The current policy feels unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient. I hope noorart reconsider and improve it for future customers.

Excellent selection of products with heavy discounts and great deals for customers. Ordered from UK & mashalla the service was excellent, with great communication from team throughout. It would be great to have a better stocked UK division. Great overall service bearing in mind the rising cost of postage.
