Please, put your web site in other languages! English, French! I don't speak German! I don't understand anything written and I have to copy/paste in Google Translation any sentence. It's confusing to order, read, understand. Thank you.

Very good prices and promotions. However the app is entirely in German for all Switzerland with no possibility to get translated.

A variety of products at great prices. Delivery time is fast and reliable. I always recommend this site to friends. Unfortunately the search engine on your site doesn't work so I use Google search to find products.

Great experience with Notino.ch. I ordered some expensive perfumes which unfortunately got lost even though Post office was claiming they had the parcel delivered. After sending an email to Notino's customer service it was extremely easy to either get a replacement or refund. Very professionally handled process!

Be aware to always check the parcel from notino because you might be missing items and they will not admit the damage and not even offer any reimbursement. Awfully indifferent customer service.

I’ve made an order at notino ordering multiple items, and when parcel arrived - I didn’t check all the items cause i trusted them to fulfill my order. Only few weeks later I realized they haven’t included two items, when I wanted to use them . Wrote the customer service, but they said since I don’t have the packaging anymore - nothing they can do. It’s rather disappointing to be brushed off like this especially since I was a long standing customer. This was the last time I ordered something with Notino.

Made a order,
the product came and damaged my hair, a spray for volume, changed my hair color, since there never replied to my e-mail, but told karma they did.

is the second time that im ordering from Notino and again i am not satisfited!All parfums are Fake thats why is price of course cheeper.Parfums dont last even 1 hour!!!Never again!

I would want to give a better review because I enjoy shopping at the website but the issues makes me really not want to shop there anymore. One of the most horrible experiences with customer service 2 times already with both of my problems. I paid for package insurance every time but apparently what they state is not true: you cannot receive a replacement and you will be offered some joke of a voucher for receiving a completely damaged item that can only be used if you spent more money! Honestly never felt more disrespected by customer service, and solution for a damaged item!!!!

I wish to say shop there but do it only for emergency, i know i will! If you have an issue you will lose money and time from obviously misleading and borderline schemes for not resolving the issue they are at fault for. For example in all other scenarios i had damaged things i have received full refund directly impacting my current invoice!

Very very disappointing service, adding it to the blacklist of sites for shopping.

Update: I called, and there was someone who actually helped me. I was promised a voucher that I can use in the next 3 months (my own money that I spent on something that came damaged), but at least I might get something. Really disappointing experience, quite shocking. I don't think I have ever been made to pay for a damaged product and be "given a chance" to get the benefit of my own money for only 3 months.

This is the first time I have ordered from Notino.ch. Before placing my order, I checked some reviews, and they did receive quite a good rating.

I ordered two Eucerin products at a price point that was definitely cheaper compared to Manor or Galaxus. The delivery was quick, and the packaging was very careful.

However, I am hesitant to use the product because it is branded as Eucerin but has the descriptions written in Czech. Additionally, the label on the product is wrinkled and not as neat and flat as usual.

What surprised me the most was that I ordered from them because I assumed they were based in Switzerland due to the website domain ".ch". However, the product was shipped to me from Liechtenstein.

Given these factors, I don't think I will be ordering from them again. I would rather pay a bit more to buy from a different trusted website based within Switzerland.

I wanted to order things with the recent “Woman” promotion, which was until end of Sunday.
However, ca 5-10m before the day end, it was already not possible to use the code for the discount - though the items were still advertised with 20%. I discovered it, after wasting my time to select what I want and it was truly disappointing shopping experience.

Even more disappointing was their customer service. I wrote them to inform that they have deactivated the code too early. And provided the “error messages” I got 5-10m before - which was “the code cannot be applied on items in your shopping cart” (or smthg like this) and then 3m after midnight “code not active anymore” obviously.

Got a response from Maria who focused on my typo of the code in Email and completely disregarded the rest of my message. Not second guessing I must have entered it correctly, as the error messages were right. She just basically said I shall go shopping again. Seriously. Not after this waste of time.

And it’s not the first sad experience with their customer service. Last time I wrote them to ask smthg, it was the same, and before last too.

I am always very happy with the product variety, the prices are quite competitive compared to other retailers on the Swiss market. The processing and shipping is fast, all products are wrapped carefully.
The only thing they could do better is include transportation for orders higher than certain amounts. The banner is on their website that you have free delivery if you reach a certain threshold, but at the check-out you notice there are postage fees.

Just be far away from this website, I spent 235chf for a set from Helena Rubinstein, on the page it wrote very clear that over 150chf, you will get two Geschenke form this brand, which all together worth over 50chf, but when you receive your packet, you get zero Geschenke. And their customer service is terrible, in the email they only repeat the words doesn’t matter what you wrote back.
