SCAM!!!!!!
Made quite a big order , stuff to clean my whole house , I only received the toilet roll ,nothing else , all items have the same tracking number , so all stating delivered on my fabuloso , but looking into the actually delivery service it comes up in German and says can't find tracking number , I've called every day for over a week , no one has answered left lengthy messages with all details , I've sent numerous emails ,I get a response to say they've received it but no response to my actual problem, I've opened a case with clearpay who I brought it threw and still nothing , gutted what a terrible service so all that money has been taken for a few toilet rolls and nothing else !! First time trying the products and very pleased. They work well and smell great, I tried three different scents and each are the same quality. Particularly like the way they are packaged with pumps separately to avoid spillage during transit, only suggestion would be to bulk out areas around products a little more as couriers are careless, however mine arrived fine.

I let fabulosa know that some of the air fresheners were not working and some of the laundry cleanser had also spilled as box had clearly been dropped . I sent in pictures to prove this and still was not good enough. I was asked a 3rd time to send pictures in and in the end gave up as I lost cause as it’s clearly wasting my time

Really upset with service offered
Really upset with service offered. After ordering on line, and hearing nothing I tried to contact Fabulosa, but phone, email and direct on their site, no reply to any.
Contacted Amazon who shipped parcel to enquire where order was.
They advised return to Fabulosa as parcel was damaged.
I continued to try ringing them until eventually I managed to get through.
When I asked why they didn’t contact me with a solution I was told it was my responsibility to contact them.
They confirmed they had received order back from delivery company but then they take no further action.
I was appalled by their dismissive approach to customer care.
