The perfect Chanel ballerinas with a great service
I ordered a pair of Chanel ballerinas, that are hard to find in a big size. While I thought we could calculate my size based on the dimensions of the insole, when I received the size I ordered, while it was perfect, it was too small for me. Myzah offered to exchange these for a bigger size, that was due. So I sent my ballerinas back and in 2 weeks I received a new pair that was eventually a size match for me! These are new, in original packaging, dustbag and care instructions. Communication was seamless, shipping was immediate and service was just great! I would gladly shop there again!

Good experience with the seller
When I received the item for which I paid 50€ for shipment, the box arrived heavily damaged on the outside, but I cannot blame the seller for that. The item itself was wrapped nicely and luckily did not seem damaged by the condition of the exterior box. Unfortunately, I felt like the pictures did not fully depict the item (a used item) which in person was more worn on the corners and those details were not visible on the pictures. That being said, the seller was extremely responsive and helpful and would buy from again.
