Great Experience
Absolutely amazing! This guys knows his stuff, I was trying for a while buy products of the them through eBay but for some reason I was not able to buy them and I was feeling frustrated as they have unbeatable prices, finally I've discovered their web page and within a few minutes I had what I was looking for and within 2/3 days I have the products home super well packed and perfectly according to the description, this guy are great I highly reccomend them.

Misleading date of delivery and no response from customer service
After doing a lot of research, I decided to purchase an electronic drum kit from Musker, mainly because it was advertised that delivery would take 1–2 days. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing.
Five days after placing the order, I have only received two out of the three packages , the third one is still stuck in Germany. I contacted customer service three days ago to confirm whether the delivery timeframe shown at checkout would be respected, but I never received a reply. I wrote again today to understand what I should do, since my whole family is on vacation and I came back specifically to receive the shipment.
At this point, it’s not even possible to reroute the remaining package to a different address, and tomorrow will mark six days since the order , not one or two.
I truly hope the last package arrives soon, but I find it misleading to promote fast shipping that isn’t honored, and even worse to ignore customer inquiries.

My order proceeded very fast and delivered to shipment. However shipment company webpage didn’t show the status of the parcel. I had reach out to you to ask the delivery date. The parcel delivered on the 6th day of my order. Other than this everything was smooth
